Talk to a care coordinator
Tell us what is happening at home. A coordinator listens first, then arranges an in-home assessment. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed.
Four ways to reach us
On-call care coordinator and care available 24/7. Office hours are when the Ikota office is staffed; care itself, and the on-call coordinator, do not keep office hours.

- A coordinator listens. We ask about your loved one’s health, mobility and daily routine, and about your situation. No sales script.
- An in-home assessment. A registered nurse visits the home to evaluate care needs, medication and the living environment. Families arranging care from abroad can join the visit by video call.
- A written care plan and quote. You receive the recommended tier, the schedule and a transparent fee. There is no obligation, and the plan can be adjusted until it fits your family and your budget.
